We bring together hard FM services including reactive and quoted works, preventative maintenance, projects and our own in-house manufacturing capability under one roof, giving clients a trusted partner for every aspect of their estate.

We cover the whole of the UK.

Do you use your own engineers, or do you subcontract work?

We operate a hybrid delivery model. Our own in-house engineers, based across Wales and the South of England, deliver fit-outs, projects, PPMs, and several reactive disciplines directly, while trusted partners support us in other specialisms. Our in-house engineering capability is continually growing, allowing us to bring more services in-house over time.

Are your engineers/technicians qualified and accredited?

Yes. As a company, V3 FM holds a range of industry accreditations, and our engineers hold the specific qualifications relevant to their discipline, ensuring every job is carried out to the right standard by the right person.

What accreditations or certifications does V3 FM hold?

We hold a range of industry-recognised accreditations, including FIRAS, CHAS, Constructionline, SMAS, UKAS, and CITB, giving our clients confidence in our compliance, competence, and commitment to high standards.

Do you offer emergency/out-of-hours callouts?

Yes. We provide emergency, out-of-hours support for our clients, so help is available whenever an issue arises, not just during standard working hours.

What is your typical response time for a callout?

Response times are agreed by priority level: emergency callouts are responded to within 4 hours, P2 priority within 24 hours, and P3 non-emergency within 5 days. Exact SLAs can vary by client and contract, and new response categories can be introduced to suit specific needs.

Do you provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts?

Yes, we provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts, helping clients stay compliant and avoid costly reactive repairs through scheduled, proactive servicing of their estate.

Can you provide reactive maintenance as well as planned works?

Yes, we deliver the full range of hard FM services for our clients, combining reactive maintenance with planned works so estates are kept running smoothly and issues are resolved quickly when they arise.

Are you insured, and what level of cover do you carry?

Yes, we are fully insured, holding Public & Products Liability and Employers Liability to give our clients complete peace of mind.

This depends on your needs. As standard, our contracts can cover reactive maintenance, quoted works, planned preventative maintenance, and projects. If you'd prefer a bespoke package covering only certain elements, we can tailor a contract to suit.
