SCOPE OF WORKS

V3 FM were appointed by IRIS Care to carry out a comprehensive internal and external refurbishment programme at Pinetree Court.

The project encompassed a wide scope of works across the facility, delivering high-quality improvements throughout whilst ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of all residents remained the top priority at every stage.

The scope of works included:

• Full bathroom and wet room refurbishments

• Kitchen refurbishments

• Installation of new IPS cubicle and bathroom systems

• Full flooring replacement throughout the facility

• Internal painting works

• Hygiene board installations

• External fencing works

KEY CHALLENGES

One of the key challenges of this project was delivering a full refurbishment programme within a live and fully operational care facility.

V3 FM worked closely alongside the IRIS Care management team to carefully plan and programme all works around the needs of the residents, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily routines and care at all times.

All operatives attending site were experienced in working within care and healthcare environments, understanding the sensitivity and responsibility that comes with operating in this sector. Our team approached every stage of the project with professionalism, care, and consideration.

OUTCOME

The project was completed to a high standard and on programme, delivering a significantly improved environment for both residents and staff at Pinetree Court.
