SCOPE OF WORKS

PHS Scaffolding was appointed by Miller Homes to supply and install Rhino Deck fall-arrest safety decking throughout the Phase 3 development at Boorley Gardens.

The project involved providing collective fall protection to all working floors across multiple residential plots, ensuring a safe working environment for all trades during the construction programme.

KEY CHALLENGES

As a fast-moving residential development, the project required excellent communication and coordination between PHS Scaffolding and the Miller Homes site team.

Decking installations needed to be completed promptly to match the pace of construction while ensuring all safety requirements were maintained across the site.

Regular communication and proactive planning allowed works to progress smoothly without impacting the build programme, helping maintain both site safety and construction efficiency throughout the development.
